Josh helped me buy and sell my first home. It was definitely a positive experience through and through. He was super transparent and open about the different stages of the buying and selling process. I was never surprised or caught off guard on any items with inspection. He also got concessions when buying the house due to a few upgrades that were needed. I would highly recommend him for a personalized realtor experience. From closing to closing. 10/10

We’ve now bought two houses with Josh, and honestly, we wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. He helped us get our first home during the crazy competitive Covid market, and somehow made the whole process feel doable. For our second home, he helped us close in just two weeks, which still blows my mind. Josh is super easy to talk to, always on top of things, and really knows his stuff. If you need a realtor who actually cares and gets things done, Josh is your guy. Highly recommend!
