Closed on our house inside of a month! 👏 we got our preferred house, he knows a great lender to finish within our budget, with minimal hassle. Josh was incredibly attentive and fast to respond; he took so much stress and complication out of the process. Wish I could give him six stars! 😆

If you want someone who finds everything you are looking for in a house and is there for you literally day or night to answer questions or anything! Josh is your guy. He helped my family and I find the home of our dreams all less than a month. LESS than a month, he helped us not only find, but close on our house! He worked with our tough schedules and crazy hours. He made the whole process easy! Josh, listened and executed.

Josh was so helpful when looking at and then choosing a property. He was informed and patient as we navigated multiple places. Would highly recommend using Josh!

Josh helped me buy and sell my first home. It was definitely a positive experience through and through. He was super transparent and open about the different stages of the buying and selling process. I was never surprised or caught off guard on any items with inspection. He also got concessions when buying the house due to a few upgrades that were needed. I would highly recommend him for a personalized realtor experience. From closing to closing. 10/10
