I wish I could give negative stars. I have been expecting a proposal for a week and a half. I have had my phone calls ignored and was stood up for the date that the survey was supposed to occur. Please use another company.
So the communication and understanding of my needs are good. Survey to be done soon .will edit again
I can only tell you what I have experienced..I called last week a female answered the phone.I left a message and never received a call back. So I called back this week gentleman name Augustus answered the phone.He was very pleasant and informative. I explained my situation of an encroachment and he proceeded to tell me what I can do . The work is promised to be done within 14 days if I understand correctly. Half down and half on completion. I will add an addendum leater
They answered right away which was refreshing, but quoted me over $1000 for a boundary survey & staking of a residential property. no way
