Do not do business with this company and be ready to be robbed if you are applying for a rental! They take your "non-refundable" credit check fee and don't run your credit. Then, you have to call to see if any units were already given to somebody. Normal business practice is a courtesy call letting anybody that submitted fees to know that you were not awarded the property rental.
