SLUM LORDS! – Deplorable conditions in both the houses they rent and the actual office they work out of. They don't return phone calls, they lose checks, they do not fix health and safety issues that are in their properties; ie: black mold, windows that do not function and are fire hazards, moisture and air quality issues, just to name a few.
