RE SCHOOL OF SC is the best! I took this same RE class 7 years ago and had to recently retake. Chip, is extremely knowledgeable and I loved the history lessons he gave with each topic of discussion. His instruction along with your book is everything you need to pass the State Exam!
I am excited about the time spent in class, Steve Grooms was beyond informative and ensured everyone in the class had a clear understanding of the information being taught. I completed the course with confidence that I have the knowledge to pass the state exam. The added benefit was option of the weekend course.
Steve Grooms, my instructor for property management licensing, is very knowledgeable and explained legalese in a straight forward manner. The instructors enjoy teaching and are seasoned professionals. It's well worth the money to train here. I can't wait to go back and get my PMIC.
I went to school here 27 years ago! And have been back several times since! Have owned my own business for 24 years!!!! This is the best place to get your license in SC! Awesome people!
