I don't know if these guys re-named themselves to escape all of the terrible reviews, but this group is awful. Please don't rent through them. I had written a post about these guys 3 yrs ago when my parents started renting from them and updated a year ago when they were forced to move out due to a broken sump pump that flooded the basement, resulted in moldy walls and non-functioning air conditioning when it was 95 degrees outside. Before you give them your money, everything will SEEM great. It's not, it's all a lie. First of all, $79 is only the minimum and there are extras that will cost a lot more. (A possible reason why they wouldn't service me as I didn't opt into many of their services) Once I gave them my money and my keys and the horrible person named Cassandra Petty came and took pictures of my property, I never heard from them again.
