I offered to table an offer, site unseen. I was sent a text saying that would be unethical and to attend a home open. I couldn't make the home open and contacted them via text and phone to place an offer regardless - due to the Christmas break they advised me to wait until a second home open before making a bid. Today, I was contacted and informed that an offer has been accepted and the second home open cancelled.
