I absolutely do not recommend them. Communication is entirely scripted, including their responses to questions. Even then, the communication is handled through assistants and constantly changing representatives. They do only the bare legal minimum and nothing beyond that. The process with this firm is very transactional. Not the best for a first time home buyer; however, I was satisfied with the services provided. Emails were promptly responded to. Closing was a success and the Team of Ada, Ruth and Lori were professional.

The firm offers a competitive rate. While they have many offices around GTA, they offer remote/mobile signing service over Zoom, so it's really convenient. We were overseas before the closing date and were still able to sign over zoom call. Email communication is okay with occasionally slow responses. Some email instructions were generic so we had to clarify which ones were applicable to our property. It would be great to have a more tailored instruction.
