Initially very good communication and service so much so that I am the person that regretfully recommended him to another client that wrote a review. Brian was hired to execute and probate a will. After Months of problematic matters with the Surrogate’s Court, I was advised by Brian that I would receive the paperwork from the court at the same time he did. Brian could not have been more helpful in selling my house and making sure our closing happened as quickly as possible. He immediately addressed and resolved the small issues that come with finalizing a sale and handled the closing like a true professional.
