Looking back now the tech stack they use was a lifesaver. Secure portal, e sign, and nudges let me close a duplex sale from my phone on a train. Not gonna lie I bragged hard. Staff caught an outdated notary seal before the clerk rejected papers. Five stars for mixing modern clicks with old school care; deposit hit my bank that afternoon.
