Penny Stidham works for Real Estate II but also owns Springfield Painting Co. LLC. with husband Curtis Stidham they came out and did a painting job for me at my condo for the price of $4900. When they completed the job and the paint was still wet I paid them. When the paint dried you could see the problems and I told Curtis. He said he would be out two Saturday later but never came.
