Terrible. My mortgage company made me take a housing education course in order to get my mortgage and these guys were in my area so I took and passed the online course through ehome america. At this point, R.E.A.C.H. held my certificate hostage until I sent them tax returns, bank statements, and a handful more documents. The worst part of it all is that the only options they provided for me to send them these private and sensitive documents were email or by efax. Just left security up to chance, basically. If you need help with your mortgage, credit or trying to buy a house these guys are the best. The best part is that their foreclosure service is completely free. They really work hard on your behave and even attorneys turn to them for help. My brother took their first time homebuying class and Ms. Pat worked so hard with him for a year and made him get his first house with almost $10,000 in grant. I would recommend them to everyone.
