Called this company to ask a simple question about a property they have listed and the guy I spoke to was not helpful at all. Doesn’t seem like this company wants to actually help people. They will tell you to go figure it out on your own. I would not recommend using or dealing with this company at all.
We tried to buy a house from this group, but the process was too slow. The kept asking for minor adjustments from our realtor, and not on price, each time saying they needed another three days to process the change. We closed on a different house and we are moving in, the house we were looking at is still for sale.
I've been unsuccessful in trying to get in touch with this officer for over 3 weeks in regards to a property in Plano. Does anyone have a good number or email for them? Response to your answer: I've call the number listed on Google and my realtor has left several messages. I'm not sure where the disconnect is but you can call me at the number I left on your site's chat
