DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FREE TRIAL. I made the mistake off signing up for free trial. They were actually pretty helpful during the trial, but a little unorganized. Over a month after I decided NOT to use this company they took $200 out of my account, I immediately notified Allison O'Brien, and she told me she would look into it.
