Excellent opportunity
Why are you sending illegal spam to my email address without consent? It seems my email was added and sold on a marketing list which was illegally harvested and purchased by you for the purpose of SPAM. Your illegal activity has been reported to ACMA. I have never dealt with you and will boycott ANY business which sends me SPAM, as it says a lot about the management and morals of the business conducting illegal activity.
In my POV, as a tenant, the agent (Peter) and his company should be checked. - Communication: rarely responds. - Reliability: today he says this, the next day he will say a different thing. - Professionalism: seriously lacking. Especially while claiming your bond back, I recommend keeping all records of communication and reaching out to Legal aid services if required, but I hope he improves his service
With a recent move to Canberra, we were appreciative and surprised that Peter was able to show us a property on a Sunday. Thank you!
