Appraisal was done very poorly, Lorraine took into consideration the houses around me that were sold a year ago or were sold "as is" absolutely not updated, despite that there are enough houses that were sold recently for comparison. We spent over 25K to update the house in the past year. She basically multiplied the sq. ft. and NOTHING ELSE!
