We have a Savaria lift that was installed around 8 years ago and has been a problem child the last few years. My installer left the NC market shortly after installing the lift. Finding another company to work on another’s install was a problem. Since Real installs the Savaria elevators, they get first class service from Savaria. Now I understand why the former repair reps failed in diagnosing the problems. Since the former reps do not install, they do not get first class treatment from the manufacturer.
