I was in her store the other day and watched and listened to her talk down to her staff because a custormer wanted help from one of her workers and not the owner herself. The owner was very upset with the sweet worker who has always been so nice and caring over something out of her control. You could tell this is a common treatment by the owner- speaking down to her employees by the way the worker was trying to appease her and apologetic for a customer wanting the worker not the owner! Real Deals is an absolute delight to visit! There is a large assortment of great items, from home decor to clothing. The pricing is a steal compared to other stores with the same items. It blows my mind every time!
Customer service was outstanding. All of the employees were extremely helpful and answered the many questions we had. Our shopping experience was relaxed and fun. Keep up the great work.
