This locally owned tire business provides excellent service every time. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and honest. When one of my tires was slit open, they helped me save money by providing a quality used tire at a lower cost. Later, they replaced my rear tires with new ones and made the entire process easy and stress-free. If you're looking for quality work, fair prices, and people who truly care about their customers, this is the best place to go. I highly recommend them for all your tire needs!

I called at 8am and spoke to the owner Levi about getting a set of 4 tires. He said he had the tires in stock to come anytime. He quoted a price that I felt was very reasonable. I arrived and was immediately met by an employee. Three techs began work on the car and it was completed in about 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend ON DECK to anyone looking for good value and great customer service.

Passing through to get to Dallas, we ran over a board that caused two flats. Stranded, we called so many businesses but no one could patch two tires where we were… until I found OnDeck Tire. They were so quick. Matthew P. got out to us within 30 minutes and had both tires patched and put us back on the road in another 30. Matthew knew exactly what he was doing and had an awesome attitude. The prices were more than fair. We are so grateful.

Horrible customer service. I told the guy at the counter (manager, beard, glasses?) my steering wheel was shaking a bit at 60mph and thought it was an unbalanced tire. I asked him to also check my alignment while there because it seemed to pull to one side too. He proceeds to argue it's not the alignment and I said I agree it's probably an unbalanced tire but check it anyway please. This is a great place to take your vehicle for tires and other services. I’ve gotten tires from here and they installed an aftermarket upgraded sway bar on my Honda civic. They take care of their customers.
