I came into this program 2&1/2 months sober but drowning in grief and anger. Ten months later, I can say with utmost honesty, this program in combination with the 12 steps has saved my life. Instead of focusing on addiction as the problem, It focuses on the causes of addiction from a mental health perspective. I really loved my experience here at Real Deal. it was very therapeutic and peaceful in the sober living I stayed at, and I adored my house manager she was awesome went above and beyond! The PHP and IOP classes I attended we're very beneficial to me I feel like I learned about my mental health as well as long term sobriety. I had a great therapist who helped me work through some things I had never dealt with before. I would definitely recommend Real Deal to anyone looking for a program like this or was a great experience.
