This place has kind, knowledgeable, compassionate staff, all the way up to leadership. You can tell that they genuinely care about their clients and helping people heal. I greatly appreciate the holistic, mental-health focused lens to care and individualized approach. Also absolutely love that they accept animals! Excited to hear they are expanding to Colorado!

The Real Deal is an incredible program that prioritizes accessibility more than almost any other PHP, IOP, and Housing program. With housing fees at lower price point than a majority of sober livings, the option to have your pet with you, and a supportive recovery community, they really do try to eliminate barriers to care as much as possible. The amazing folks like Dez White who work for their program out in the community are clear reflections of the quality of care this program prioritizes.

I stayed at Real Deal Sober Living and was discharged following allegations that were never clearly explained or supported with evidence. I was not given a meaningful opportunity to address or respond to the concerns before being removed. They dropped me off at downtown Dallas with no where to go. While I did not personally complete PHP or IOP, I spoke with multiple residents who stated they were not offered meaningful assistance finding housing or next-step placement after completing those programs.
