They broke my tv and when I called to speak with someone about it, he said he could offer me 69 CENTS per pound of my tv. I just purchased this tv in May and I'm very upset that Alex brushed me off about it. He said they have no way of proving that the movers did it because it was a short distance move. Avoid this company. We are filing in small claims court due to the damage they caused during our move and their refusal to refund a deposit for a second planned move. Please also be aware that their BBB accreditation has been revoked and for good reason.
I used Real Deal movers for my recent move. The crew showed up just on time, were very friendly and professional. I moved to a 3rd floor apartment with stairs, they don’t have any extra charge for that. The guys worked fast and efficient. I am very satisfied with the service provided and have been recommending Real deal to all of my frineds and family. The cost is very affordable. For the high quality service I received It is a Real Deal!
These guys are what you should look for in a moving team - great customer service, accurate estimates, transparent with all the fees and quick and strong movers! The 2 guys who moved me were on time, very nice, had great sense of humor and were careful with all of my items - no damages, not even a scratch ANYWHERE. Real Deals are THE REAL DEAL! Such a great company - very worth it and would highly recommend them.
Very positive experience, the best of my 3 moves in US so far!! The team was really friendly and professional, no scratches on the walls, efficient despite the long way between elevator and my new place.
