The lady cashier is rude and has a bad attitude. For a person who does this type of work, should have better customer service skills especially since their main job is interacting with customers. Real Deal Dollar management, you need to get customer service training for this cashier ASAP!

The store prices are a little high but some things are nice enough to purchase.
In a time when there are fewer and fewer discount stores in Brooklyn, I appreciate Real Dept store. They are very organized. They have a wide selection and the prices are ok. I would have rated them 5* if it weren’t for the fact that they only offer exchanges. Cash returns are not offered. Having said that, because of their wide variety of home goods, it won’t t be hard to find something to exchange.
