My grandpa and I came to look at ford fusion. We spoke to someone at the dealership 3 days ago and we were told the car was still there. We show up today and search the entire lot we keep getting sent back and forth by different people. Then we find out the car was sold in may. It’s august right now and it was still on the website along with the dealer telling us they still had it only a few days ago. Also tried to look at a ford edge that was on the website but no longer on the lot. Drove an hour for this crap
Terrible experience to avoid at all costs if you’re driving from the Bay Area looking for a deal. I wasted my money coming all the way out here and, more importantly, my time, something I’ll never get back. Terrible communication between the coworkers and and ( deal ) you see oh there will be a major catch. One of the sales people tried to tell me the driver’s side door sensor being broken wasn’t an issue and was safe for the road.
