This was the return location for a U-haul rental and it was the worst experience ever. Rick at this location, if that is really his name, was very unprofessional. He was very disrespectful and dismissive. He wouldn’t even take two minutes to do the inspection with me and check the vehicle in, he just took the key and told me he was busy and to leave. My husband and child were literally stranded here and they did not have tires in stock, My husband was trying to put the spare on with my child outside in the heat next to him and they threatened to call the police on him instead of actually assisting. Disgusting.
Took my car in for an exhaust leak they said it had 2 leaks they said it was fix but it wasn't had to take it somewhere where else to be properly fix when I called to complain about their work he didn't want to hear it all I wanted was an apology I'm very disappointed in yall
