Love, love, love this agency!! I have been with Real Care for 6 years now. They are professional, supportive, communicative, and consistent advocates for the individuals in their care. They manage the compliance stresses so I can focus on being a caregiver.
Do not place your loved ones with this company. My brother was placed with this company for a few months in 2024 and there were Numerous rights violations and inappropriate conduct from many of the employees and host home providers. The most damaging and abusive of employees was Torrey who was actively assisting in helping someone attempt to violate my brothers rights even further. Stay very far away from Real Care.
