First time customer and no complaint at all and taking care of my stuff on time
Today was my first visit to Real Autohaus. It was on an emergency basis, and I was in and out in 20 minutes, without having to be late for my next appointment. Everyone there was happy, friendly, and very competent. Tomorrow, I will be going back to have more work done on my car. I am looking forward to working with them again so soon.

I am definitely going to continue going to Real Autohaus. Everyone we dealt with was fantastic. Even the technician/mechanic made a point to explain things to us. No one was pushy about adding extra services, which is uncommon at other places. They understood the quirks of a Chrysler Pacifica. My previous place did not, which ended up costing me extra.
