I was recommended to contact Fleetwood Real Airflow by my builder for service on our AC unit. To say that I couldn't recommend them any higher is less than the commendation they deserve. I had other companies quotes and paid for an actual "service call" at one of them to diagnose the problem. He didn't diagnose the problem and said that it would be a ridiculous amount to do so and we should just buy a new unit. This company is dependable, diligent and reasonably priced. On top of that, they are really nice people! I’m so happy my husband chose them for our HVAC service when we bought our house four years ago.
Real Airflow Heating & Cooling was great to work with. They text me when on way and worked around my schedule for an appointment. The tech was very knowledgeable and professional. We will be using them moving forward. I highly recommend them for your H&C needs!
Shawn was great! He was clearly knowledgeable of our system and got it back up and running short term for us while he ordered the part we needed for a permanent fix. Whenever things like happen to appliances in the home, you fear being inconvenienced for a long period of time but he truly made sure to give us a quick turnaround and a solution within days. First time calling Real Airflow Heating & Cooling. I'm very pleased. Our service technician Mike was knowledgeable, nice, quick and didn't try talking over our heads. Plus the price for the service call was very reasonable. This company will be my go to going forward for anything I need with my air conditioning and heating.
