Sent them a detailed message on their website of a problem with a thermostat.. They never even called back.. Apparently, they don't like small jobs and only 'big ones' ($$$$)... So, if you have a small problem with your A/C, CALL SOMEONE ELSE... Thankfully I found a great A/C company who addressed my situation promptly and solved it in just an hour.

Fast and reliable. Our AC broke and Real Air came so fast to fix it as temps were almost 90 in the house! I was incredibly thankful! Also super friendly and I will use them from now on!

Kurt showed up as he promised and checked my AC. Apparently, there’s really no issues with any my AC. It was just me not paying attention to the breaker (if on or off). He did not charged me a cent for his time and trouble. What an amazing guy! Would definitely recommend real air inc to everyone! Least that I can do is to give him a 5-star rating. If there’s a 7- star rating, I’ll give him that too no question.
