I signed a contract with them to receive a specific range of seller leads per month and only received 12 leads within 3 months. Some were commercial leads and some sellers already had their property listed! Some numbers were bad leads, not the seller , or had no email address. Their leads were really disorganized and feeding into 3 different CRMs. They didn't live up to their end of the contract so I canceled my card. Now they are filing a lawsuit against me. Has anyone else had this experience?

I have a contract with them, but can't get anyone to answer the phone. The point of contact that used to call and email, as far as I can tell, doesn't exist anymore! Their sales pitch is that "they" would work the phones and schedule listing appointments, not one in 8 months!!! They switched my CRM to Lion's Desk and that has been useless, no training, no.... anything! They created a digital magazine and if you fill out the "contact me" form, it goes nowhere! I paid a large sum of money with ZERO return in a 6 month period of time. Several calls to my account rep went unanswered. Many leads transferred to me already had offers in hand. Those sellers are not interested in listing with an agent at that point but the question was not asked...... extremely disappointed.

I only gave a one star because 0 wasn't an option. I have never dealt with such a dishonest, non-working company in my life. A complete scam.
