We just closed today on the purchase of a condo without realtors being involved. Dani and Jess worked with the seller and us to get the deal completed. This was easier than purchasing a car. Very minimal effort on our part. They were super responsive and great timely communication. The fees are very fair. They even arranged the notary for the closing docs.
