Grossly overcharged -- charged me nearly $500 to drive a total of 22 miles to pick up a water heater. This "fee" was on top of all other charges. I attempted to contact the owner regarding this excessive charge but he would not return a call. Went to his place of business and as soon as I stepped to his office door he was angry and rude.
