So i went in to get an estimate, got a higher price than what other shops around the world would charge for. Cool, i get it im paying for the experience i guess. Having moved to West Tn and not knowing where to go to get professional service with a small town feel, I chose to try Reagan's Muffler & Service Center. I must say that I was treated like family. Asked about exhaust choices and Mr. Reagan convinced me not to spend a lot of $$ guessing and there was a simpler way. He changed the exhaust and I paid very minimally for what he did. Another Jackson business that disappoints! Stay clear. Had mentioned to them when I phoned exactly and clearly detailed explained what I wanted. Picked it up and looked it was not what I had discussed over the phone.
This is an update on a previously 5 star review. I discovered after putting my car on stands that the Bassani clamp on X pipe with race cats I brought to them had been shoddily welded on and they kept my Bassani cats unbeknown to me until now. I immediately went back down to ask (nicely) what happened. I was met with denial, “we can order you new cats for $600”, “you should have told us that day” (even though I had no way of knowing as they are deep under the car).
