I hired Reagan & Son to remove two trees. One small and one large. After receiving the quote for both trees, the crew came and only cut down the small tree as promised. However, they’d said they would return to remove the large tree but never did. Despite only completing part of the job, the company requested half the payment, which we paid in good faith.
