Great experience with the technicians and Dr. Carroll. However, the receptionist is extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. I had to call and move my appointment three times because something unexpected and out of my control came up. However the last time I called to move my appointment to a later date she tried to charge me a 50$ late cancelation fee, despite me calling well in advance to the appointment and I was only rescheduling. Use who you wish, decide for yourself, but beware here. Sure, they are nice people, I will give them that. No one was ugly to me. I was not completely pleased with my outcome from a tooth extraction, but I do appreciate the fact they saw me in an emergency need. I give the good where it is due. Now to the ridiculous…I overpaid and I mean that in every sense of the word. My insurance reimbursed this office after I paid at time of visit which left a credit/refund to me.
