My Bruno declined rapidly the day before Thanksgiving as we were headed out of town and unfortunately he passed. Karen was incredibly patient and compassionate. I received a call from Karen today to let me know Bruno’s ashes was ready to be picked up, and once again she showed such compassion and offered her condolences. Thank you, Karen, for going above and beyond and for providing exceptional care and customer service during such a difficult time. Your kindness truly made a difference!
Our regular vet wasn’t open on the weekend. We came in with our cat due to some suspicions of chronic illness that was progressing. We thought we just needed updated testing when in fact we found out our regular vet wasn’t being totally transparent about the illness and our treatment. It wasn’t exactly the wrong approach, but Dr Capps showed us the numbers and the pros/cons of the condition and medication management to help us much better understand our situation and navigate the illness. Absolutely phenomenal people! Tonight I took a found sick kitten in and they were so compassionate and didn't charge me a dime for euthanasia. Definitely recommend if you're in that unfortunate situation. I can't appreciate them enough. ♥️
I have taken both my pet cat and a stray cat here and both times they were amazing. My cat had some skin issues they worked with me to figure out, the stray had a head wound from a prior fight, they gave antibiotics and shots for, and were loving on him the entire time. It can be difficult to find anyone that will treat a stray (understandably so), so them treating and being so kind was phenomenal.
