This is a great place. Very clean and the staff is so kind! I am so thankful that we have an urgent care vet in Taylors. I had to have my cat put down and got a sympathy card from them!
Staff was amazing. Given the circumstances, the nurse met us outside and took us straight to a room due to my cat having labored breathing and lethargic. They walked us through every step of the process, They allowed us extra time with our boy and made sure we had a way to safely place him in his final resting place. They gave us prints of his paws and nose, a keep sake of his fur and everything!!!! They were compassionate and caring! Every step of the way! Will forever bring my animals here! Amazing people!
10/10 They took the BEST care of my baby today. The front desk was kind, honest, and treat you like a friend. The vet examined my dog and figured out the issue quickly. The nurse took the time to explain everything to me including the bill, which was affordable! (They even offer a slight discount if you pay in cash.) I never felt judged. I 100% will be recommending this office to anyone and everyone. Thankful. Grateful. 💗😭
Dr. Capps helped my sweet Rosie after she was spayed at another clinic and developed a stump pyometra. The initial vet was stumped and didn’t recommend any treatments. I went to Dr. Capps for a second opinion and he quickly diagnosed the problem with an ultrasound. She was put on antibiotics and made a quick recovery 🙌🏼 so thankful for affordable and easily accessible vet care.
