A business run with amateur management.
The company’s mission and commitments are excellent, but it is managed in an unprofessional and amateur way.
We've had ongoing issues with management since moving in. Instead of fixing problems, they seem to create new ones. In addition to rent, there's a 15–20% “operational fee,” yet restrooms often lack basics like soap and toilet paper, and cleanliness is poor throughout shared spaces. Despite claims that ReadySpaces helps with shipping pickups, you're left to handle everything yourself.
