Do not lease a unit here — I’m now having to hire an attorney because of how ReadySpaces handled my unit. When I toured ReadySpaces, I wasn’t able to actually see the unit I was leasing. The building manager told me it was occupied but could show me a different unit. After that, they gave me a quote and written confirmation that the unit was 2,175 sq ft. Since the day we moved in, we've continuously faced problems with the management at this facility. Rather than resolving issues, the management seems to create more. I wanted to share our experience so that those considering moving in can make an informed decision. First, aside from the base rent, there is an additional “operational cost”, which ends up being roughly 15–20% extra.
