Coming from traditional self-storage, ReadySpaces has been a game changer. Having power, internet, a break room with a fridge and microwave, a bookable conference room, dumpster access, loading docks, hand carts, and pallet jacks makes a huge difference for us. When I first found out about this place I was working for someone here. Now I have my own business here and I love it! The manager is friendly and nice. He recommended me a smaller space than what I wanted and it worked out. He’s not pushy or trying to sell you. I recommend to everyone!
poor management. lots of tenant moves out due to poor management. current manager imposed all kinds of fines, for leaving pallets on the docks. he is not friendly and he is rude. this guy should be fired. no tenants last for longer than a month.
Ever since Shawn started back at this location there has been a huge improvement with the entire warehouse. Safety issues were addressed, vibe feels better. All around everything has improved, even slowly but surely the vending machine is even getting more snack options. Shawn's customer service is above par and he is constantly going above and beyond for us tenants. THANK YOU SHAWN !
My brother and I highly rate the work of ready space manager Shawn( La Mirada location). We are a beauty supply wholesaler and my brother has had a warehouse lease at Southgate ready space for the past 5 years and I have had a lease at La Mirada and La Location for 2 years and have seen many managers. Shawn is by far the best manager. He keeps everything perfect, clean and hassle free. Also I really think his manage is very creative and professional.
