Joaquin, the maintenance supervisor, has done an outstanding job ensuring the building looks exceptional. Bridget, the office manager, is exceptionally friendly. The office hours and prices make it convenient to operate a personal business utilizing the ready spaces.
Sales guy, emailing from LA, wouldn't give any pricing info even after repeated asks. Seems a bit shady, at least on the sales side.
Bridgette is an amazing manager and ReadySpaces should be proud to have her. Price is great, amenities are great and the place is spotless.
I've rented 3 different warehouse locations for my business throughout the years and ReadySpaces is the most interesting. It's a huge warehouse that's divided up into different smaller units. You provide your own lock for your unit. The doors are huge to get inside your unit so you can essentially drive a forklift in there. There's pros and cons as with all the other locations I've rented.
