Beware. Not worth it. Be afraid.This facility uses multiple DBA's - Ready Spaces CHV LLC, ReadySpaces Management, Chula Vista Owner II LLC, KRE AIP, IV,LLC, and Jones Land La Salle Americas Inc. This makes getting the COI very difficult and the insurance companies struggle and delay in getting all the DBA's correct. All the while excessive fees are being charged, eviction notices given and retaliation in further fines and fees.
