Utterly disgusting, STAY AWAY!!! The place was so dirty and nothing like the photos. There was spider website everywhere, spiders, dead insects on webs. Bed sheets had blood stains or some other disgusting stain. Most of the blinds was broken or did not operate Inside wasn't even vacummed, there was sand, leaves and rubble all over the floors. Kurz und knapp wir hatten ein ausreichendes Apartment jedoch mit einigen Mängeln. Wir haben uns zu dritt für eine Woche ein Apartmentzimmer für unter dem Durchschnittspreis gebucht. Die Schlüsselübergabe geschah über KeyNinja und war etwas verwirrend sowie auch die Apartmentzuweisung. Das Apartment war groß genug für uns drei und hatte alles was man braucht inklusive eine ausgestattete Küche, Badezimmer, Waschmaschine, Trockner, WLAN und einen TV. Firstly we were never told of which room we were staying in, and once we got in it was so hot with no air con. the toilet stunk of sewage and there was rubbish under the couch’s and also the balcony, Place was filthy. After we left, we were told that they couldn’t find a key where we all knew that the door was locked behind us with the key left on the bench. They were trying to keep our bond for a pair of keys they “couldn’t” find which doesn’t cost anywhere near $300. Don’t book here they’re dodgy as
Do yourself a favour - DON'T STAY HERE. This company is not reputable. 1 x collapsed bed, 1 x broken sofa bed with questionable stains all over it. Dirty towels in the closet, missing linen and generally very dirty apartment. When approached READYSET APRARTMENTS failed to provide a plan to rectify the situation and stopped taking my calls. I had not choice but to leave and book elsewhere. BTW, they will not provide a refund, despite all issues with the property being of their control. DO NOT STAY HERE! Room 106 was practically uninhabitable. Cupboard handles falling off, fridge was stained, TV stand has broken supports, curtain cords broken so unable to raise/lower blinds, outdoor patio area riddled with cobwebs. There was a random portable cot out there that should be bagged, tagged and buried with how it looked. The walls, bench tops, tops of beside draws, dining table looked dirty.
