I went there on a Saturday because they advertise having an orthopedic doctor on Saturdays. They told me since my PCP is not associated with UMass I would need a referral. When I told them that I had never heard an urgent care to ask for referrals, they said they are not really urgent care. I tried calling for Referral but they were closed on Saturday. I took my Mom here yesterday. She had a procedure on Friday at a dermatologist and was still bleeding a lot. I am so sorry I forgot the name of the lady who rewrapped my mom's arm but she was so sweet and nice!! Mom was so happy
Very bad phone system. Took over 5 minutes of shuffling through the round robin menu before I got an actual person only to be met with sarcastic and condescending person. Yes, I do know what the Internet is. I CANT USE IT WHILE DRIVING.
I was seen for a dog bite and was astounded by how pleasant my whole experience was. Dr McCarron and his nurses were incredibly, kind, helpful, personable, and treated me with the best care I could ask for- even calling a different clinic for me when they didn't have the vaccine I needed. This will be my go-to urgent care going forward. Thank you!
I absolutely love it here at this urgent care clinic! I currently don’t have a primary care doctor (because I’m in between doctors) and on the 2 instances I’ve come here the staff have been friendly, helpful, quick, and resolved the problem I was dealing with! Nurse Locke was very bubbly and knowledgeable about my rash. And Nurse Rosemary was wonderful and gentle when doing a pelvic exam and helping me with my infection. Great service, no complaints. :)
