John and Emerson came to fix a food disposal unit for our kitchen sink. I had troubleshot with no avail and thought we had to get a replacement (the unit was 8 years old). John helped troubleshoot and fix our unit and explain the issue was due to a rust build up. He knocked away the rust and soaped up the unit to clean it out and it works without needing a replacement. I appreciated their fast service and expertise and will use them later when we need a full replacement.
Fast service the next morning and good rates. Everything went smoothly. They kept constant communication up to my appointment.

They re-arranged their schedule to come take care of us on their way to a big job elsewhere. John and Emerson were super friendly, courteous and professional.
