I’m very satisfied with my carpet cleaning. I look forward to the complete finish when the carpet is dry but from what I can see there is a huge difference from before being cleaned. I was nervous about being up-charged after technicians saw the carpet in person, but the price was reasonable and worth it because the carpet is clean. Thank you.

I am so unsatisfied with their services. They made it way worst. The stain is still there. The floor was soaked and smelled bad. It took more than a day to dry. Now the floor doesn’t feel the same anymore. My carpet feels really hard now. They told me they used recommended products from Home Depot. So unprofessional. I do not recommend them. They are also trying to lie in their response to this review. Don’t believe them.

I am so thankful to Ready2Go! They had great communication to schedule a last-minute deep clean of my decades-old wall-to-wall carpet in my workplace… and they were able to get a TON of dirt and grime out of it with their shampooing machine and thorough work (see the attached photos of the dirty water that came out!!!). The room looks and smells so much better now, and I feel very appreciative. The technicians and Reginald were very nice, even dealing with special requests, and I will definitely book with them again.

They have been cleaning my rug for a few years now and I love there work. So professional and friendly. My rug always looks like new when there done.
