I would give zero stars if I could. Place is the biggest joke of Healthcare I've ever encountered. Give you stipulations to get your medical card and create problems for you and mess with your livelihood. Couldn't pay me to go back there. Complete waste of my time. Just goes to show what some Healthcare facilities actually care about. And its not us humans.
I am not one to leave a bad review as I have managed health care facilities and dealt with reviews, however my experience at Ready Works warranted a review. The office is moving locations in the next two days, so I can imagine there is a lot of chaos. The staff at ready works have ZERO patient care skills. (Except for the nurse that helped with my sample) I arrived early for my new employment drug screen and let them know I was early and could submit a sample at anytime. There's always a wait and doesnt help the front desk lady hates her job and always has an attitude, its not my fault she hates her life. Its not proffessional.
Nearly impossible to get someone to answer the phone there. Front desk lady clearly does not like her job or employer. Lots of eye rolling and sighing (not necessarily towards me but still). Not very welcoming and kind of disturbing as a new employee to see that. The new employee physical was a joke at best. An eye exam, BP and HR, and about 3 questions.
Completely rude receptionist who seem clueless & annoyed she had to open the window to do her job or there lack of. 🙄 Nurse is nice. 😊 No visible signs at , in or on website indicating this place is located on the 2nd floor suite 201....your welcome
