The mechanic that has a mustache that Lemmy Kilmister himself would be proud of was the most help. I had great customer service repairing a niche chain on my big chipper allowing us to get back to work same day! All last minute on a Friday afternoon. Thanks guys and gals on the team!
I put a new carb on my sons bike and could not get it figured out so I took it to Ready to Ride. Told them my issue and about the bike TTR 125 with beginner clutch. I pick the bike up a week later, they tell me I had bad gas in the carb. I say it's a new card the gas was 2 days old when I brought it in, he said yeah that happens. Tells me he had to disassemble the bike to see what was wrong with the clutch, tells me it has a beginner clutch in it. I said yeah I know i told you that when I dropped it off. Showed up this morning to drop my son's bike off. Was met by a tech and he helped us unload the bike due to it not going in gear. He seemed knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. This review is based solely on the first impression. I will update my review once the repair and billing is completed.
Between the owner looking out for riders hosting events and the staff being understanding and willing to go the distance for their customers. Shout out to josh at the front desk
The owner Ryan is very knowledgeable. He also has done work for me on all 3 of my bikes
