DO NOT LET YOUR BIKES EVER BE TAKEN TO THE SHOP. I left my bike at for ONLY a diagnostic and not to put anything in it.i just wanted to know if anything is wrong with it and I will fix it all myself. First off they said this would only take a week so I called after the first week and they said “ we haven’t even looked at your bike we are on a 2 week backup, which they NEVER told me about. I just randomly showed up today because I blew a fuse in my dash when jump starting my bike this morning. The whole digital dash was blank. As soon as I pulled up, Joe stopped what he was doing and helped me immediately. A+ customer service and handled it quickly. I also asked for another screw for my seat and they let me have one that was laying around! The mechanic that has a mustache that Lemmy Kilmister himself would be proud of was the most help. I had great customer service repairing a niche chain on my big chipper allowing us to get back to work same day! All last minute on a Friday afternoon. Thanks guys and gals on the team!
