Chelly beauty salon is hands down the best spot in Hialeah for a fresh new look, and I’m always blown away by the staff's expertise and warm hospitality. I really think they should get listed on the Better booking option. I found this video on linkedin and really liked it. We can even select our Fav artists as well which we always prefer.
