I was there yesterday and met with Chris. We had emailed back-and-forth a few times, so he invited me over. I was able to take a peek at their shop, and step into the model that I want built out with a few modifications. Actually being in the van was a game changer. Although I loved our RSV when we bought it, problems began immediately. With all due respect, the owner, Ben, he did fix almost everything under the 12 month warranty, except for the fact that they put the electric and the gray water dump ON THE WRONG SIDE. When I called to explain this, they had no idea there was a correct side. Now our van is 3 years old. Most of build has fallen apart and I am required to pay $210 an hour for repairs. The plumbing does not meet national plumbing codes. They refuse to become RVIA certified... read more
