I bought a Janome Continental M17 at full price (almost $20k) with the promise of full service & instruction. In fact, I paid a premium for these. I got neither. All I ever got was excuses &/or dismissal. I've given them years to make it right because I do not like public displays of issues like this but I'm finally making an exception to my own rule because their deceit is disappointing at best.
If you didn't go to Ready Set Sew then you are you really ready or set to sew? Everyone there is welcoming, personable, and exceptionally talented. It's evident they take a personal satisfaction in making sure your next project is a success. Just a heads up, they have summer hours which are somewhat different from regular hours. Looks like a neat shoppe, though.
10/10! Lauren was amazing and aided in ANY questions regarding machines. VERY KNOWLEDGABLE CARING STAFF! Classes are amazing and $ friendly! I picked out a Serger and have had no issues + LOVE IT! I recommend this shop to anyone in the Chattanooga/North Georgia area.
Came into the shop with zero knowledge on sewing and they helped me with getting familiar with supplies terminology, and gave me some really helpful tips. All while just looking around . They also shared with me the classes that they have and showed me some really awesome examples of things made in previous classes ! Very great experience and I am excited to get supplies and gain experience knowing that I have everyone at Ready set sew able to help me along the way .
