This review is not for the PT but for the billing process. I’m not sure why Ready Set Grow cannot send bills for me to review and pay, rather than requiring payment before an invoice is issued and asking that I keep a credit card on file for automatic charges. I simply never trust AUTOMATIC medical charges and it should be a reasonable ask to review detailed billing first to ensure it aligns with insurance calculations before paying.
