I can not say enough wonderful things about the staff and program at RSC. It has been life changing for our son and our family. Rachel goes above and beyond with supporting and advocating for our son, as well as regularly communicating his progress with us. The genuine care and compassion that she shows is something we are beyond thankful for.
4+ years so far, and Ready, Set, Connect has made such a positive impact on the lives of our entire family. The staff work with us regularly to ensure that we are seeing the same progress at home that they see in the clinic. They have gone above and beyond in some cases and we appreciate all they continue to do for us all. Highly recommend them whenever the opportunity arises.
Had to give a star to review. But these people are not honest. They claimed they never received their coffee from doordash when I have a photo of the drop off and they saw me pull up. The said they never got their order and lied to get free coffee. When I called to speak to the manager she was rude and hung up on me. If they lie about a coffee what else to they lie about?they were willing to get me (the driver in trouble) for a 3$coffee
My grandson attends ready, set, connect in Concord. I could not be more ecstatic with his progress . He uses eye contact, will take my hand and bring me to whatever he needs. He loves to play with blocks and books and even interact with his classmates. He Loves all of his teachers ❤️
